Practical AI learning

Help people use AI well in the work they actually do.

Watching a demonstration can show what AI does. Practice helps people learn how to direct it, check the result and apply it to a real responsibility. Chase Learn combines realistic business scenarios, assignments and feedback for individuals and teams building practical AI capability.

Who it is for and how to access it

For individuals and teams practising AI skills through business scenarios, assignments and feedback. Chase Learn currently offers a public course catalogue and separate learner and employer account entry points. Explore the courses, then follow the relevant enrolment or team access route on Chase Learn. An account does not by itself include every course, and consulting support is optional.

02

Learn through decisions and finished work

Learners work through simulated business situations, produce outputs and improve them through feedback. The focus is on using judgement throughout the task, from defining what is needed to deciding whether the result is ready.

Role-specific programmes combine structured AI feedback with human instructor review. Cohort management and progress analytics help organisations follow participation and identify where people need more practice.

03

Build a repeatable foundation with D.I.R.E.C.T.

AI Interaction Foundations teaches the D.I.R.E.C.T. framework: Define, Instruct, Restrict, Evolve, Check and Transfer. Learners practise setting context, writing instructions, applying boundaries, refining a result, checking the output and carrying the approach into another task.

This standalone short course gives people across different roles a shared way to approach AI work. Foundations uses AI-only grading, so its feedback model differs from the role-specific programmes.

04

Choose a track that follows the role

The catalogue covers marketing, content, customer support, sales, project management, operations, HR and people, small business and real estate. Each track connects practice to the decisions and outputs of that discipline.

Marketing learners can work on campaigns, search and analytics. Operations learners can explore processes, quality, inventory and scheduling. Use the relevant track when people need sustained practice in their day-to-day responsibilities.

05

Give team learning a clear purpose

Invite-based training environments, cohort management and custom learning journeys help organise learning around an organisation's needs. Agree the roles involved, the capability gaps and how learning will connect to work after the course.

Chase & Marshal can provide optional support when training sits within a wider AI or operational change. That can include clarifying suitable workflows, responsibilities and the practical steps that follow learning.

FAQ

Questions answered

Should our team start with Foundations or a role-specific track?

Foundations suits a shared approach to directing and checking AI across roles. A role-specific track suits people who need more sustained practice with the tasks of their function. We can discuss the mix for your team.

Does every course include human feedback?

No. The role-specific programmes describe AI feedback alongside human instructor review. AI Interaction Foundations uses AI-only grading. Check the relevant course arrangements when choosing.

What does the completion certificate represent?

It records completion of the applicable course requirements. It is not independent professional accreditation. Course access, allowances and completion requirements are confirmed through the product.

Can we use Chase Learn without a consulting engagement?

Yes. A wider engagement is optional. We can discuss product access for your learners and add implementation support only where it serves your goals.

Which roles need to become more capable with AI?

Tell us the teams involved, approximate learner numbers, their current experience and the work you want them to handle more confidently. We can help identify a suitable learning path.
