Make the scan the start of a useful customer journey.
QR Track connects physical touchpoints with digital experiences a business can manage. Chase & Marshal created the brand, website and platform, bringing the product’s identity and its practical use together.
QR Track website highlights
The opportunity
A printed QR code creates a connection, but the business still needs to manage what happens after the scan. The destination may need to explain an offer, collect information, deliver a pass or guide someone to the next action.
QR Track was developed around that wider journey, connecting the physical prompt with a managed digital experience.
An identity built around connection
The wordmark gives QR a substantial geometric form. The signal-green dots extending through the Q introduce movement beyond the fixed shape, reflecting the connection between a physical object and what opens on screen.
Deep teal provides the foundation, with green used selectively to draw attention. The website carries those roles into headings, controls and practical examples.
Show the product in a recognisable setting
A poster, counter display or printed pass gives the visitor a useful way to understand the product. The brand and website connect the technology with a task before asking someone to assess the features.
Clear explanations and interface design support the same goal: helping a business decide where QR Track fits into its own customer journey.
Connect the destination with the next action
The platform brings together managed destinations, hosted content, forms and campaign experiences. Issued customer codes, vouchers and member passes extend the work beyond a downloadable QR image.
The product is live and used by multiple businesses daily.
What Chase & Marshal contributed
We created the brand and built the platform. The identity, public explanation and operating technology were developed around one proposition: give the business control over what happens after the scan.
The project shows how brand and technology decisions can support the same customer experience.
