Give the sales team one connected place to work.
Mak’s Patch Sales OS brings customer information, prospecting, field planning, outreach and stock-aware forecasting into a shared workspace. Maya, its embedded AI assistant, helps people find the context they need and carry out supported tasks.
The business challenge
Selling through retailers, veterinary clinics and other trade partners involves a sequence of connected decisions. Representatives need to find suitable prospects, understand accounts, prepare visits, follow up and build useful proposals.
Management also needs to see how sales activity relates to the pipeline and available stock. When those views sit across disconnected records and tools, people have to reconstruct the context before they can act.
Build around the work a sales team actually does
We created a purpose-built platform that connects accounts, contacts, opportunities and activity. Tasks, communications, geographic information and operational data support the progression from prospect research to account development.
Representatives can review the customer, understand the last interaction and decide what should happen next. Management can work from views of pipeline activity and sales performance.
Bring AI into the workflow
Maya works with application information and supported services. A representative can ask about the account on screen, review relevant context and request an action such as creating a follow-up task or preparing an outreach draft.
Administrator review controls what new business knowledge is added to Maya’s context. Voice notes can be transcribed and checked before they are used. The AI support sits within the operating workflow and its permissions.
Connect the territory with the working day
Territory views and geographic information help representatives assess prospects in context. Field planning brings together appointments, travel estimates and practical allowances so visits can be planned with a clearer view of the day.
A useful sales plan includes both who deserves attention and how the team can realistically reach them.
Connect sales activity with operational planning
Forecasting views bring pipeline and campaign information alongside product and stock signals. Teams can explore projected demand, stock cover and potential reorder needs.
Microsoft 365 and operational data integrations support the workflows where configured. The platform gives the business a connected way to work with those inputs instead of treating a CRM as a standalone contact list.
What was delivered
Chase & Marshal created the platform, the connected sales workflows and Maya’s conversational access to supported capabilities.
The result is a connected workspace built around the progression from finding a suitable prospect to managing the account. Sales activity and operational information can be considered together in the working day.
