Different parts of our work use different tools. This page explains what supports the website’s diagnostic results, how editorial content is reviewed and how AI use in an engagement is agreed.
The website’s diagnostic results
The Business Opportunity Brief uses selected answers and defined rules to suggest a starting point. The Productivity Benchmark uses fixed calculations and published Stats NZ figures.
Neither tool sends your answers to a generative AI model to produce its website result. The results are preliminary guidance and comparisons for you to consider in context.
Editorial support and review
Private editorial tools may use AI to support research and drafting. Publication is a separate editorial step, with content reviewed before release.
Articles and examples should be read according to their stated sources and context. If a factual statement appears incorrect or out of date, please contact us.
Illustrative images
Some images on this website are illustrative or generated. They may show a business setting or an idea, but do not document an actual client meeting, employee or workshop.
Client logos, project descriptions and approved project assets have a separate role. They identify the work discussed and should not be read as evidence that an illustrative scene took place.
AI in a client engagement
AI use in client work is agreed in context. The relevant questions include what the task needs, what information can be used, which provider or system is suitable and who reviews the output.

Separate applications
